Use the form below at least 30 days before your event date or send a written request to our operations team.
We review the details
Our operations staff looks at the date, location, attendance, and hazards, then confirms coverage with you.

A staffed ambulance is at your event ready at the moment anyone needs care.
Standby requests must be for events within the Town of Victor or the Town of Farmington.
